Golf is a weird sport. I don't know how people make a living off it. For those who don't know or would never think to know (i'm guessing about at least 95% of you), golf is huge here in Korea. Space is a precious commodity here, with most of the level ground going to living and economic development (the rest is generally mountainous and too rugged to try and live off out in any major way). Which makes a golf course a true luxury. Even mini putt is a rare sight here, and most "courses" are indoor and/or underground. My God. Central New Jersey absolutely cannot prepare you for a "rainy season" in another country. EVERYTHING is wet here. Clothing exists suspended in a state between damp and waterlogged. Backpacks are soaked through, prompting books and papers to be packed in Ziploc bags (i already ruined a few things by not doing this).
